Green Scorpion’s Online Sweepstakes Rules

1. Eligibility:
The Green Scorpion Online Sweepstakes (Monthly Raffle) is open to legal residents of Adelanto, Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. You must have a Green Scorpion account on Webjoint and follow us on Instagram. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Green Scorpion and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on 10/28/23 at 1pm PST and ends on 11/4/23 at 1pm PST (Entry Period).

3. How to Enter:
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by Tagging 3 friends on our Promo Post found on Instagram.
Limit 2 entries per person, one for each profile (@greenscorpiongallery and @highcaliberca)

4. Prizes:
The prizes for this Sweepstakes are as follows: A quarter ounce of High Caliber Organics cannabis discounted to twenty five cents. Your will receive a discount code to be used during your next purchase.
No cash or alternative prizes will be offered, except at the sole discretion of Green Scorpion. 

5. Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected via random drawing conducted by Green Scorpion on or after 11/4/23.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Notification of Winners:
Winners will be notified via text and email within 24 hours after the drawing period.
Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this time frame, the prize may be forfeited.

7. Prize Acceptance:
Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 72 hours of notification.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. 

8. Publicity:
By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Green Scorpion to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions:
Green Scorpion reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Green Scorpion is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Green Scorpion.

10. Governing Law:
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

11. Privacy:
Any personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Green Scorpion Privacy Policy.

12. Winners List:
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Green Scorpion 16176 Beaver Rd, Adelanto, CA 92301 within 48 hours of the end of the Entry Period.
